One of the best building i’ve visited in the country is the Ilocos Norte’s Capitol building. It is located in the Ilocos Region in Luzon. This can be found at the capital of Laoag City.
Ilocos Norte is the birthplace of the former President of the Philippine, Ferdinand E. Marcos. Ilocos Norte is famous in the Northern part among tourist. Fort Ilocandia and Pagudpud are located in this town.
