Is there any hotels in bangui bay ? Hopefully, someone can advise if i to visit bangui windmill

Is there any telephone whereby you can call overseas and internet services inside the resorts’ room? Is Pagudud the nearest accomodation ? How about any nearest 4 to 5 stars hotels ? Thank you
